Finding and selecting a suitable candidate for a particular job is not an easy task for any recruiter. But you no need to worry because SUVI groups have a simple and unique recruitment process. Here recruiters always discover the candidates who have that much potential to work with the company and brush up their skills. Basically, organisations recognise its talent needs, start a recruit drive and finally hire the most appropriate candidate. But of course candidates justify the perimeter of the recruitment process.

Every organisation has their own hiring process. When candidates submit their job applications then they need to go through three major steps of the efficient and effective selection process.

Telephonic Interview

The first step is a telephonic interview. When HR executives will receive the applications of the he/she contact applicants. If HR or a concerned person is satisfied with the answers then the candidate will be called for a personal interview.

Personal Interview

Personal Interview is a tool that provides a facility to judge the skills of a person face to face. Candidates have to be prepared for the professional questions while coming for the interview. You also need to mention details about your work history. 

The Final Call

Following Successful above both rounds, selected candidates will be called for the final round or directly for joining to the position. You just need to come along with all the required documentations for joining. Company also sends you the offer letter. The final selection is definitely only based upon management jeury.
